Astrid lives in Rancho Bonito with her five siblings. They live very close to the kindergarten building where much of Sparrow’s ministries take place. One of her sisters, Nolvia, is in the 2nd grade at Sparrow Academy.
Astrid wants to be a policewoman when she grows up! Her favorite color is pink, and her favorite food is a dish here called “dirty chicken.” It’s fried chicken served over fried green plantains with cabbage, pickled vegetables, and lots of sauces.
