Moved by the deep need in a marginalized community of San Pedro Sula, Sparrow began its ministry there in 2009. What was once an overlooked and forgotten community is now Rancho Bonito—a place transformed by the Gospel, where lives have been renewed, hope has taken root, and cycles of poverty have been broken.

Among the mountain villages of Northern Thailand, a growing church plant is raising up Thai children to know Jesus, grow in discipleship, and carry the Gospel into communities that have never heard His name.
Sindy was just a little girl when she first walked into Sparrow’s Kids Class in Rancho Bonito. Week after week, she learned about Jesus, friendship, and hope. As she grew, so did her faith.
Today, Sindy is the first official teacher from her community. She serves as a 4th-grade teacher and directs the very program that once poured into her. She’s also a youth mentor and a powerful role model, guiding the next generation to walk in faith and embrace new opportunities.
