Daniel Lavori serves as a missionary at Union Church of Lima, partnering with the church to strengthen both its internal ministries and its outreach to the community. He works closely with local organizations—including an orphanage, medical clinic, and several nonprofits—mobilizing church members to get involved and make an impact.

Daniel leads the church’s music ministry and contributes regularly to teaching and preaching, including chapel sessions for the International School that shares the church campus. He also draws from his background in counseling, supporting individuals navigating grief, addiction recovery, and other life challenges, both in Lima and online.

His heart is to serve, encourage, and walk alongside the people of Lima while sharing the love of Christ in practical and relational ways. Daniel is grateful for those who pray for, support, and partner with him in this mission.

After several years of serving the Lord in Atlanta, He called Family out to step into a new season, in a new place. In June 2023 we are relocating to Lima, Peru as Sparrow missionaries to serve at The Union Church of Lima. There, John will step into a new role as the Senior Pastor as we seek God to reestablish and renew this historic and prominent church, with the dream of joining and encouraging the Gospel movement that God is building throughout the city.
