The Ross family currently serves full-time in Northern Thailand, focusing on church planting and supporting the missionary community. Ashley works as a school counselor at a local international school, where she also invests in discipling young people. Justin gives leadership to church planting, mission development, and the spread of the gospel throughout Northern Thailand and into surrounding countries, while serving as the Executive Director of Sparrow Missions. Their children—Aaron, Gracie, and Abby—attend school locally and have embraced life in Thailand with joy and enthusiasm.

Their journey began in 2009, when Justin and Ashley moved to San Pedro Sula, Honduras, and founded Sparrow Missions. In 2022, they relocated to Thailand to expand Sparrow’s vision and impact. Justin continues to guide the organization with a strong emphasis on developing and equipping local leaders, while also pursuing his doctoral studies at Fuller Theological Seminary. Ashley, after completing her undergraduate degree at the University of Oklahoma, went on to earn two master’s degrees—one in biblical discipleship and another in school counseling—from separate universities. Together, the Ross family continues to serve faithfully as missionaries, carrying the heart of Sparrow Missions into new contexts.
