Angel is in the 11th grade this year at the Sparrow Academy. His younger siblings, Jeferson and Aryani, are in the 10th and 6th grade at the Academy too. They live in Italia, which is the lower part of Rancho Bonito. This year, their cousin, Jose Leopoldo, came to live with them, and he is in 11th grade too.

Angel wants to be a civil engineer when he grows up. His favorite food is fried chicken with fried green plantains. In Honduras, this is often served with lots of vegetables and sauces poured all over it, and because it’s messy, it is lovingly referred to as “dirty chicken”.
